Job Description
If you are a dog lover and passionate about helping owners have the best pet possible, working for Camp Lucky is for you. Being a trainer for Camp Lucky is incredibly challenging, rewarding and has flexible hours. This is a full-time position.
We are seeking self-motivated, experienced dog trainers throughout the United States. When applying below you will find a list of cities that we are actively hiring. Minimum Job Requirements
- Must have 2 or more years of dog training experience
- Must be able to board at least 1 dog at your personal residence for 1-4 weeks at a time
- Must be able to safely transport dogs in your vehicle
- Must have a smartphone with video capabilities
- Must be willing to travel to Kansas City for a week long Camp Lucky Training to become a Camp Lucky Certified trainer (compensation provided)
On the Job requirements
- Provide loving, attentive, healthy, and safe care for dog clients
- Handle and train a variety of dog breeds, sizes, ages, personalities, and behaviors with confidence
- Provide various forms of dog training styles to meet different needs of clients
- Summarize daily training accomplishments in the form of a brief online report with pictures and/or videos along with a well-written paragraph
- Conduct yourself with professionalism with clients and their family members
- Conduct yourself with professionalism in public when representing Camp Lucky
- Communicate with clients regarding their pet’s training progress

- Salary — $4,000.00 – $9,000.00 per month
